Little Explorers Playgroup Descriptions:
Come explore a new playgroup that combines music and movement, arts and crafts, fine and gross motor activities, open play, and sensory experiences.
Playgroups are designed to be fun and engaging for your child and at the same time enhance your child’s language and social skills, fine and gross motor skills, and cognitive skills.
Caterpillars (0-15 months):
This playgroup provides babies a multi sensory experience. Each week babies will explore something new in the sensory pools and open play areas. This playgroup also introduces babies to new music and movement activities each week. This is a great opportunity to learn more about your child's development, share milestones, and socialize with other babies and caregivers.
Ladybugs (12-36 months) and Grasshoppers (18-36 months):
Children will explore a new theme each week that includes music and movement, arts and crafts, fine and gross motor activities, and sensory experiences. Come explore with us!!
Move and Groove (0-4yrs old):
Does your child enjoy moving his or her body to music or maybe your child's a little shy? This group will bring everyone together to learn new songs, finger plays, and stories. This group also includes parachute play, bubbles, and more. Come explore, learn, and grow while having lots of fun!!
Paint with a Twist (2-4 yrs old):
This playgroup is a great opportunity for young children to explore with paint in many different ways and best of all, you leave all the mess for us to clean. This playgroup also includes open play and music and movement.
Exploring Together (0-5 yrs old): This playgroup is a great opportunity for parents / caregivers and children to socialize with their peers while learning a variety of new skills, singing songs, and participating in a variety of activities. Children should bring their lunch (Tuesday Playgroup) or bring a snack and a drink (Wednesday Playgroup).
Summer Session Playgroup Rate:
$40 for all 4 weeks or
$12.00 drop in rate.
